This product is a device that continuously measures the cross-sectional shape of welded steel plates and pinholes, evaluating welding quality based on quality standard thresholds. The ultra-high precision inline profile measurement device extracts the cross-sectional shape of the welds, conducting defect detection and quality evaluation based on quality standard thresholds. A transmission-type sensor detects through-hole defects in the welds.
